Who we are

What we collect

• Orders: name, e-mail, phone number (if given), your order, collection time and notes.
• Table bookings: name, e-mail, phone number, party size, date and time, and any notes.
• Card payments are taken by SumUp. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic technical logs (such as a short-lived anonymous visitor code) used to keep the site fast and secure.

Why we use it

Only to prepare and confirm your order or booking, take payment, contact you about it, keep accounting records and keep the site secure. We do not sell your data and do not send marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

Order and booking records are kept only as long as needed for the service and for accounting requirements, then deleted.

Cookies

The ordering pages use a small session cookie that is needed for the service to work. We do not use advertising cookies. The site embeds Google Maps and Google Fonts, which may set their own cookies subject to Google's policies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by e-mailing info@cibus.gg. You may also contact the Office of the Data Protection Authority, Guernsey.
